Countermeasures of University Library in the “Internet +” era

Abstract: Taking new library modes including cloud library, mobile library and wisdom library in the "Internet +” era as the study objects, this paper proposed the countermeasures for university in network system construction, knowledge service and environment construction, to better service the teaching and scientific research.
