Research on Evaluation Indicator System for Agricultural Informationization in Gansu——Taking the Contribution Rate of Agricultural Informatization as an Example

Abstract: The establishment of evaluation indicator system of Gansu agricultural informatization is a direction to research the standardization of agriculture informatization in Gansu. Based on setting up the evaluation system, at the same time, it would include the contribution rate of agricultural informatization in the scope of assessment, and try to calculate and optimize the 2003 -2011Gansu contribution rate of agricultural informatization by the PSO-LSSVR model , so as to ensure the full and accurate evaluation index system.
