Research on the functional management of university library to the department literature resources construction

Abstract: Because of the system and management defect, the location of university library in the literature resources construction management is not accurate, which cause serious repeat construction of department literature resources, lack of effective using in funds, and the loss of state-owned assets. The way to solve the above problem is that the library on behalf of the university does functional management to the department literature resources construction, instead of business guide. It concludes grasping overall goal and direction, establishing and perfecting the system, unifying management special funds and fixed assets.
