The Framework and Function of Library Employment Service Platform Based on Evaluation System

Abstract: This paper established a standardized platform for the existing issues of information asymmetry in current libraries, and guided the libraries to carry out the employment service and improve service quality better, and discussed the advantages and significance of carrying out library employment service platform with the aid of the evaluation system tools, and then constructed the library employment service platform and introduced the platform function, construction and management. The application of evaluation system in library employment service can provide reference for comprehending university student's employment demands, and accurately pushing the library resource and carrying on the occupation plan and personalized employment service.
