Abstract: After the application research in various fields in recent two years, “Internet+” has been effectively integrated into social life and become practical Internet service mode. This paper analyzed how university library continuously improved and broke through the bottle-neck of traditional information service in the change of information technology, and put forward the suggestions on innovation and development of “Internet+” university library service mode by combining with practical library management and service. With the progress of technology, more innovation service mode would be appearing in the field of intelligent library in “Internet+” era, and library would become omnipresent “third space” of intelligent culture within reach.
