Abstract: The realization of information service is based on the premise of personalized service system. Starting from the basic concept of mobile intelligent terminals, this paper analyzed the concept, features and contents of personalized information service, and pointed out the shortages of domestic digital libraries’ personalized information service, and put forward the improvement ideas and measures based on mobile terminals.
