摘要: 高校图书馆员是图书馆的核心组成部分,馆员接受继续教育,对自身科研素养与工作效率的提高起着至关重要的作用。混合学习模式将面对面培训与在线学习整合,具有降低继续教育成本和提高继续教育效率的双重意义,该模式能够充分调动高校图书馆员学习的积极性与创造性。

Abstract: University librarians are the core in the library. Librarians accept the continuing education, which plays a vital role in improving their own accomplishment and work efficiency. Hybrid learning patters integrate face-to-face training and online learning, to reduce continuing education costs, improve the efficiency of a kind of continuing education learning mode, and fully arouse the enthusiasm of librarians' learning and creativity.
