Abstract: This paper firstly introduced the development process and current situation of university library service in the information age, and expounded the necessity of university library knowledge service, and proposed the mode of constructing the knowledge service system of university library, and then pointed out that university library should ensure the effective operation of knowledge service system from continuously improving the information technology level, elevating librarian initiative on every side, and strengthening the construction of information resource, establishing evaluation mechanism of knowledge service.
