摘要: O2O服务模式是实体经济与虚拟经济发展融合的必然产物。这种线上线下的服务模式,对当前高校图书馆实现信息服务转型发展提供了很好的实践思路。文章通过分析高校图书馆当前O2O服务发展现状,指出高校图书馆当前的O2O信息服务所存在的问题,提出高校图书馆应该构建协同、统一、集成的O2O信息服务平台,形成成熟的O2O服务模式,实现读者、信息、图书馆无缝对接,以及线上和线下的充分协同。

Abstract: O2O service model is the inevitable outcome with the integrated development of real economy and virtual economy. This online and offline service mode can help provide a very good practice for the transformation development of university library’s information service. Based on the analysis about the development status of university library’s o2o service, this paper pointed out the existing problems, and put forward that university library should establish cooperative, unified and integrated o2o information service platform to form mature mode of o2o service, which could realize the seamless docking among reader,information and library, and online and offline sufficient coordination.
