摘要: 通过对绩效考核方法的分析,选择360度考核法结合等级量表法进行图书馆员绩效考核。等级量表法中的考核指标,经征求馆员意见并进行广泛讨论确定。采用设置台阶的方法,降低唯分数论引起的矛盾冲突,提高图书馆员绩效考核指标的可行性。

Abstract: Through the analysis of performance evaluation methods, 360-degree evaluation method was selected combined with the rating scale method for librarians’ performance evaluation. The evaluation indexes in the rating scale method were determined by soliciting the opinions of librarians and conducting extensive discussion. The method of setting the steps was adopted to reduce the conflicts caused by the only fractional theory and to improve the feasibility of librarians’ performance evaluation indexes.
