摘要/Abstract

摘要： 用户画像是对用户细分的一种重要的基础性工作,是基于数据密集型场景的用户细分的重要手段,是商品推荐,服务推荐,用户管理的基础。笔者以web of sciences 2012年—2017年共5年间的用户画像研究历史文献,以文献计量学和大数据的研究方法,研究了用户画像研究的特点,通过分析,提出了研究的热点和发展趋势,为相关学者了解研究动态提供参考。

Abstract: User portrait is an important basic work for user segmentation, and also an important means in the data intensive scenarios for commodity recommendation, recommendation service and user management. Based on historical literature of user portrait from the web of sciences during 2012 to 2017, with the research methods of bibliometrics and big data, this paper researched on the characteristics, research hotspot and development trend of user persona, so as to refer the relevant scholars research on dynamic user profiling.
