高校图书馆创新服务的扩散与用户的反馈分析-以哈尔滨师范大学图书馆为例

摘要: 高校图书馆创新服务的目的是贯彻以用户为中心的服务模式,即以改善技术系统,逐渐完善自身的创新服务。课题组通过对哈尔滨师范大学图书馆进行网络问卷调查和数据统计,科学分析图书馆开展的三种创新服务的扩散过程以及用户的反馈意见。由此看出,图书馆应避免过度重视创新服务,科学地看待创新服务的相对优越性,以获得用户的真实意见,改善图书馆的创新服务。

Abstract: The purpose of university library’s innovative service is to implement the service model with users centered, namely improving the technical system to gradually perfect their innovative service. Through the network surveys and statistics in Harbin Normal University Library, this paper analyzed the diffusion process of three conducted innovative library service, and the feedback from users. The results showed that library should avoid the excessive emphasis on innovative services and give scientific view on the relative advantages of innovative service to obtain the true views of users and improve the innovative services of library.
