Abstract: Under the background of digitization, networking and informatization, with the popularization of computer, mobile and network, as well as the the explosion of electronic literature and the emergence of digital library, the trend of paperless literature has been more obvious, which not only impacted the development of library but also shook its the social status. Library should face the reality and adopt the changes to conduct function transition, service transition and theoretical innovation.
