图书馆员胜任力模型构建研究

摘要: 基于胜任力词典和现存相关文献,结合图书馆工作特点,在罗列出图书馆员胜任力清单的基础之上,运用行为事件访谈法采集图书馆员胜任特征相关数据。通过科学分析法对访谈数据进行检验,对胜任特征进行验证和区分,从而构建出图书馆员胜任力模型,最终确立15项胜任力,其中基准性特征8项,鉴别性特征7项。

Abstract: Based on competency dictionary and existing literature, the thesis adopted behavior event interview to collect relevant data concerning librarians’ competency characteristics through referring to the working characteristics of library and the competency list. Consequently, interview data was inspected pursuant to scientific analysis method. After verifying and differentiating competency characteristics, it accordingly constructed the librarians’ competency model, as well as confirmed 15 competencies with 8 kinds of benchmark characteristics and 7 kinds of differential characteristics.
