摘要: [目的/意义]智慧图书馆被认为是未来图书馆发展的主导模式和最高形态,其提供的智慧服务本身具有开展自助服务的天然需求,读者在24小时“无人值守”的情况下可获取到更加高效、便捷、智能的服务。[方法/过程]从技术、经济、操作3个层面分析了智慧图书馆开展24小时自助服务的可行性,从管理系统、人员管理、读者管理、空间改造、服务创新5个方面来实现智慧图书馆的24小时自助服务,并分析智慧图书馆24小时自助服务普及的制约因素。[结果/结论]提出构建智慧空间、鼓励和支持社会力量参与建设民间图书馆、借助乡村振兴和文化扶贫等战略推进公共文化服务均等化、科学选址、精准服务等若干建议。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Smart libraries are considered to be the dominant mode and highest form of future libraries. The smart service it provides has a natural demand for self-service, and readers can obtain it under the condition of "unattended" 24 hours a day for more efficient, convenient and intelligent services.[Method/Process] This paper analyzed the feasibility of 24-hour self-service of smart libraries from three aspects: technology, economy, and operation, and the implementation of the service from five aspects: management system, personnel management, reader management, space transformation, and service innovation, and the constraints that impede the service in smart libraries. [Results/Conclusions] Several suggestions were put forward, such as building a smart space, encouraging and supporting social forces to participate in the construction of private libraries, using strategies such as rural revitalization and cultural poverty alleviation to promote equalization of public cultural services, scientific site selection, and precise services.
