The Concept and Five Dimensions Model of Libraries’ Extended Service

Abstract: Library’ extended service is compared with basic service, and it is the important means of extending service network, promoting service standard, enhancing the libraries’ reputation. This paper analyzed the concept of library’ extended service and constructed five dimensions model of library’ extended service.
