China's outstanding scientific papers are increasingly published in journal abroad, and China's science and technology periodical quality fail to fully reflect the real level of the development of science and technology in China. Taking foreign agricultural SCI journals and domestic agricultural core journals published scientific papers as the research object, through quantitative analysis of database, the status of China's excellent scientific papers published in SCI journals abroad and the causes were analyzed. Results showed that the outflow number and proportion of China's excellent agronomic papers were rising in recent year, which was 930 and 17.54% respectively in 2012 that were 5 and 3.2 times of that in 2003 respectively. Based on the further analysis of the reasons, its adverse influences on domestic journals development needs to alert. The paper provide a reference for the development of domestic journals.

Non-point pollution has been a key impact of sustainable development of social economy and environment. To better understand the global trend in non-point source pollution at a watershed scale and to reflect major nations’ scientific advances and influences on the world’s scientific community in the field,a bibliometric study on non-point source literature indexed by the Web of Science based on Web of Knowledge during 1990~2012 was carried out using regular search methods. Results indicated that among all nations, American had been ahead of other countries considering the number of publications, institutions, researchers and highly cited literature. In terms of typical mechanism model, publications relating to SWAT model had accounted for the largest proportion.The average impact factor of the top 10 journals publishing related articles was 2.608. Three journals including Environmental Pollution, Science of the Total Environmental and Water Air and Soil Pollution were the most important and popular ones in this field. The Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Normal University and Zhejiang University were the top 3 institutions that had the highest numbers of publications with the highest quality in China.

Hence, based on the KANO model and ClimateQUAL evaluation system, this article analyze the current status first and design the questionnaire required in KANO model analysis and the corresponding analysis method. On top of that, this article propose two strategies based on the cooperative analysis to KANO model and ClimateQUAL evaluation system.
