[Purpose/Significance] By studying the user profiles of the Xiaomi virtual community, this paper constructs different types of user profile models, deeply studies the user profiles with knowledge innovation in the Xiaomi community, and explores the knowledge behavior of such users in the virtual community. [Method/Process] Combined with the natural language processing method, this paper selects the more active user posts and comments in the Xiaomi community, analyzes the user profiles and typical characteristics in the Xiaomi community, specifically the characteristics and knowledge behavior of each type of user, and explores the information exchange and knowledge interaction process between users. [Results/Conclusions] The study found that users in the Xiaomi community can be divided into five categories: fault feedback users, comment answering users, social users, consulting users and suggestion users. The user profiles of each category were analyzed. Finally, the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for different users, so as to facilitate the community managers to maintain and guide the knowledge behavior of these users.

[Purpose/Significance] The smartness of public culture is one of the important ways to realize the innovation of public cultural service and management mode. The extraction and analysis of the description information of the smartness of public culture is helpful to understand the current situation of intelligent construction, and is of great significance for promoting the better development of intelligent construction of public cultural institutions. [Method/Process] On the basis of reviewing related research on the smartness of public culture, we obtained information on the official website pages of domestic provincial and sub-provincial city libraries and museums through crawlers, and used topic models and cluster analysis methods to conduct intelligent description for analysis. [Results/Conclusions] The thematic modeling results of libraries and museums reflect the similarities of the two types of institutions, such as user-centric, demand-oriented, smart resource construction, and high technical sensitivity. The library related studies pay more attention to "acquisition" and "circulation". The museum related studies pay more attention to "interaction" and "protection". Clustering and visual analysis reflect that libraries have made more achievements in self-service borrowing and returning facilities, smart equipment, etc. The smart construction of museums mainly focuses on digital interaction, smart protection, and smart management.

[Purpose/Significance] At present, the construction of China's smart elderly care system is in the early stage of development. Understanding the cognition and needs of the elderly for smart elderly care services is conducive to the further development and service optimization of smart elderly services. [Methods/Process] The convenience sampling method was adapted to survey 161 elderly people in the N community in Guangzhou, and the statistical software SPSS 22.0 was used for data statistics, and the results were descriptive statistical analysis and cross-analysis. [Results/Conclusions]Respondents have low awareness of smart elderly care (16.2%), but the overall demand is high (67.7%), especially the demand for basic services is strong, but they are sensitive to service prices and the proportion of respondents who are willing to pay higher fees is low (21.1%); Gender, age, education level and other factors have significant differences in the demand for some smart elderly care services. It is recommended to increase the in-depth integration of information technologies and old-age assistance, cultivate new forms of smart old-age care, improve infrastructure construction, and build a demand-oriented smart old-age care service system that integrates medical care, health, and recreation.

[Purpose/Significance] With the improvement of China's urbanization level, a large number of migrant workers have entered the city to seek development. This article analyzes the hot topics and research frontiers in the field of migrant workers, which helps to clarify the research status and frontier trends in the field of migrant workers. [Methods/Process] We conducted descriptive statistics and visual analysis of the literature related to migrant workers in CSSCI journals from 2010 to July 2020, the distribution of key authors and the source of the publishing organization, and the source of the key words with the help of CiteSpace tools. [Results/Conclusions] The research found that the research hotspots in the field of migrant workers in the past ten years mainly include: new generation migrant workers, migrant workers' children, migrant workers' urban integration, migrant workers' social security, migrant workers related influencing factors and countermeasures research; The latest research frontiers in the field mainly focus on targeted poverty alleviation, happiness, citizenship willingness, migrant workers' entrepreneurship, career development, and mental health. In addition, the teachers and students of various universities are the main force in the research of the migrant worker group at this stage, but the universities lack long-term large-scale cooperation, only a small amount of internal cooperation, and cross-institutional cooperation research is rare. In the future, we can strengthen cross-institutional and cross-field cooperative research; improve the policy and regulation system for migrant workers, protect their basic rights and interests in employment, education, health and medical care, improve the social service system, and promote social equity and stability.

[Purpose/Significance] In order to further improve the efficiency of reading promotion at libraries, a new model of accurate reading promotion services based on knowledge graph is actively explored. [Method/Process] This paper discusses the intelligent service platform of reading promotion enabled by knowledge graph from three aspects, such as construction idea, architecture design and platform application, explores the application of the intelligent service platform of reading promotion enabled by knowledge graph from three aspects, and expounds three innovative points of reading promotion services enabled by knowledge graph. [Results/Conclusions] The research of knowledge graph enabling reading promotion is one of the aspects of knowledge graph in library resource discovery and service application, and it is the exploration of intelligent library services. Through reading promotion services based on knowledge graph research, the library itself with its literature and information about readers can be effectively connected to build the reading promotion intelligence service platform, open up a new path of precise recommendation and guided reading, to meet the objective of carrying out accurate reading promotion services, booster nationwide reading, and provide a new way of thinking for the construction of smart libraries.

[Purpose/Significance] Analyzing the function of the union catalog in resource discovery and optimizing the system will help to improve the efficiency of resource discovery services. [Method/Process] By investigating the construction model of typical international union catalogs and analyzing these catalogs' characteristics, a new union catalog system is put forward with the analysis of present situation on the literature resource construction in China. The framework the new union catalog system from bottom to top includes coordination operation layer, system tool layer, data collection layer, data management layer, and data service layer. [Results/Conclusions] The proposed union catalog system for discovery service has 3 characteristics which meet the development requirements in the age of digital publishing. Firstly, the system is jointly constructed by multiple types of institutions, such as libraries and publishers. Secondly, both of printed resources and digital resources are collected. At last, it emphasizes the openness between data, systems, and services. The architecture of the union catalog system will be able to break down the barriers existing in the discovery service and promote the sharing of literature resources.

[Purpose/Significance] The paper introduces the progress of digital humanities research conducted by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Civilization on products in local chronicles, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures, to provide reference for agricultural history research from the perspective of digital humanities. [Method/Progress] This paper introduces the application of digital humanities in the collation and utilization of products in local chronicles from key links such as data resource construction, named entity recognition, big data analysis and visual presentation, and knowledge service platform construction. Problems existing in the application are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are proposed to solve the problems. [Results/Conclusions] Firstly, data resources should be the core of digital humanities research on products in local chronicles, and the construction of digital humanities infrastructure should be accelerated. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the practical applications of digital humanities technologies with the support of technical methods. Finally, research results of digital humanities should be verified by agricultural history experts.
