Construction of College Students’ Information Literacy Instruction System A Case of Xi'an Polytechnic University

Abstract: This article divided the evaluation standard of information into consciousness and demand, retrieval and acquisition, evaluation, integration and utilization, ethics and security awareness through literature at home and abroad. According to the evaluation standard, a questionnaire investigation about the present situation of college students' information literacy ability has been done. With the help of Multi-sectoral cooperation, the information literacy instruction system of college students in Xi'an Polytechnic University adopts the educational mode combining progressive teaching and customized services, promotes teaching and service with network and new media, choose the assessment mechanism combining offline test and online certification.
