Factors and Development Strategies to the Declaration of the Novelty Consultant Stations of University Libraries——Based on the Binary Choice Model

Abstract: According to the basic properties of the binary choice models, the model whether to accept the application for the university novelty consultant stations is established. Empirical analysis shows that the electronic library resources of the University Library and the quality of personnel take certain degree of influence on the reporting decisions. Based on this, the development strategies and proposed to the novelty station of the University Library.
