Problems and Countermeasures of Librarian Training Effectiveness

Abstract: Librarian training is an important way to improve librarians’ professional level and the quality of library service. But in practice, it was often difficult to achieve the desired effect. This paper analyzed the problems existing in the librarian training effectiveness, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
