Abstract: “Internet +” is the further practice result of Internet thinking and the deep integration with other traditional industries. In the “Internet +” era, university library has faced new impact and challenge. This paper presented that the change of university library in the “Internet +” environment included having advanced thinking and breaking the limitation of traditional models to establish a network service platform, transforming the librarian team to compound talents with specialism, building “Internet +” library service system, so as to achieve the step-change development with respect to crossover, open, revolution and fusion.
