Research on the Information Literacy Teaching mode and Platform in University Under the new Environment

Abstract: The further development of information technology has made the network speed of mobile internet (4G) upgraded to ordinary home broadband. Mobile phone and pad have already been very popular in universities, while students prefer mobile reading more than paper reading. Research on the multimedia teaching application, flipped classroom and MOOC has also made some progress. In such a new environment of innovation and reform, the information literacy course should catch the opportunity to walk in the forefront of new teaching mode and platform and solve the problems about quickly updated knowledge and high fragmentation of knowledge. This paper tried to consider the various factors in the new environment and put forward new teaching mode of university’s information literacy, as well as how to build the information platform to support this new mode.
