Follow-up Problems and path Selection for Xizang’s University Libraries on Participating in the Management of Rural Library

Abstract: This paper analyzed the feasibility, necessity and restricting factors of Xizang’s university libraries to participate in the follow-up management of rural library, and put forward the specific ways and means of their participation.
