Abstract: As an important part of the construction of "The Belt and Road", ceramic culture should be paid more attention to the protection of intellectual property of born digital resource. Network born digital resource is a kind of vaguely ecological information resource produced on the Internet, whose importance in cultural preservation and dissemination as well as the construction of digital library has caused the attention of library field. This paper probed into the necessity of intellectual property protection of network born digital resources in ceramic culture.
