Research on the Application of "LibQUAL+TM" in Digital Library's Information Service Quality Evaluation

Abstract: "LibQUAL+TM" evaluation system has positive effect in the improvement of digital library's service content, service scope and way, and can strengthen the healthy development of digital library through improving the quality of service evaluation. From the development trend of information service quality evaluation of digital library and the application of "LibQUAL+TM" in the information service quality, this paper described the development requirements of library information service evaluation system, and put forward the evaluation status of digital library's service quality from three aspects including uneven distribution of resource, few personalized service, backward reading environment, and then explained the practical significance of applying "LibQUAL+TM" in the evaluation of digital library information service quality, and proposed the development path of digital library's information service quality evaluation based on "LibQUAL+TM" from strengthening interlibrary cooperation, relying on the multimedia carrier "online + offline" information platform and differentiated service thinking ways.
