Research on Information Service Quality Evaluation of University Library Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Abstract: From the perspective of reader demand, through the analysis on the factors affecting the service quality of Liaoning University of Technology Library, this paper determined the evaluation index system of library service quality and built the index system framework, and used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the influencing factors, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of library service.
