Research on the the Cataloging Staff Management of Library Outsourcing Supplier for Higher Vocational College

Abstract: Outsourcing has become the main way of library cataloging in higher vocational college, which promotes the speed and scale of library procurement, and further enrich the library collection in higher vocational college, but the quality of acquisition data has restricted the further development of outsourcing. Based on the survey data of 12 outsourcing suppliers for higher vocational colleges, this paper made the empirical research of cataloging staff management, and put forward some improvement strategies to improve the quality of cataloging data.
