Comparative Study of Mobile Library Terminals in "211" Universities in Shaanxi Province

Abstract: Taking the "211" university libraries in Shaanxi province as the research samples, through the online research, telephone consultation, literature research methods, this paper made the research and comparison of wechat public platform, weibo and APP, and summed up the construction and use status of mobile library in these university libraries. Research found that: most of mobile library service was similar, with the homogenization of service forms, low activities of weibo and low personalization and usage of APP. In the future development process, library should focus on the combination of actual museum, and dig deeply into the needs of readers, and conduct the personalized service according to the identity of readers, and enhance the user experience and satisfaction.
