Abstract: With the rapid development of society, knowledge economy as a new type of economic form has gradually become a major economic form of today's society, and knowledge industry has gradually become a leading industry. The intellectual property awareness of enterprise in this economic form is of great importance, which plays a decisive leading role in the competitiveness of enterprises and the construction of innovative China. This paper mainly described the current lack of intellectual property in China's enterprises,and expounded the necessity of intellectual property rights in the global knowledge economy environment, and proposed the measures to enhance the intellectual property awareness of enterprises, so as to help improve the awareness of enterprises’ intellectual property.
