Sharing Mechanisms of Regional Urban Science and Technology Information Resource——A Case of Xiangyang

Abstract: Based on the sharing status of Xiangyang’s science and technology information resource between institution-locality, this paper focused on analyzing the main factors influencing the regional urban science and technology information resource sharing between institution-locality, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the mechanisms for co-construction and sharing in Xiangyang, thus to make a useful exploration for the establishment of sharing mechanism in science and technology information resource between local government and universities.
