Discussion on Library’s Human Resource Management Based on Mobile Culture Service

Abstract: This paper discussed the influence of mobile information service on library service management model, and analyzed that on the basis of the status of library’s human resources management, the relatively backward management concept, the mismatched personnel allotment, the lack of awareness of information technology service and the problem of human resource development mechanism existed. By embedding mobile culture service platform, it expounded the library’s human resource management from the organization mode, perspective of demand, service cost and development mechanism, to ensure the sustainable development of library cause.
