Research on the Influence Factors and Mechanism of Knowledge Transfer in the Industry-University-Research Institute Alliance

Abstract: The knowledge transfer in the industry-university-research institute alliance is not only the important condition of enterprise technology progress, but also the key to enterprise development. Based on the cooperate perspective of industry and university-research, the influence factors of knowledge transfer in the industry-university-research institute alliance are divided into five aspects that the characteristics of knowledge itself, the organizational culture, cognitive ability, motivating factors and government factors in five aspects. In order to ensure the knowledge transfer in the industry-university-research institute alliance smoothly, the targeted knowledge transfer mechanism is put forward, including: communication mechanism, incentive mechanism and government support mechanism.
