Discussion on Patent Information Service of University Library Base on Investigation of Hunan’s University Libraries

Abstract: Comparing with other domestic universities, this paper investigated the patent information service of university libraries in Hunan, and discussed the necessity of strengthening the patent information service from servicing both the development of patent work and the construction of resource-conserving & environmental-friendly society, and then proposed the specific measures covering resource security, personnel training, service content and platform construction.
