Discussion on the Establishment of Library elicacy Management mode Under the Background of Great Circulation Service mode

Abstract: The delicacy management has achieved good management performance in many famous foreign companies. Taking this as the starting point, this paper integrated the delicacy management idea and method into library’s management process. According to the management needs of great circulation service mode, it refined the responsibilities of each job, quantified the work of job position and designed reasonable job flow, to make each service form a whole. It also established strict supervision system with five steps, and designed the delicacy library management model to improve the work and service effect of library.
