Analysis on the Diffusion of University Library’s Innovative Service and Users Feedback: Case Study of Harbin Normal University Library

Abstract: The purpose of university library’s innovative service is to implement the service model with users centered, namely improving the technical system to gradually perfect their innovative service. Through the network surveys and statistics in Harbin Normal University Library, this paper analyzed the diffusion process of three conducted innovative library service, and the feedback from users. The results showed that library should avoid the excessive emphasis on innovative services and give scientific view on the relative advantages of innovative service to obtain the true views of users and improve the innovative services of library.
