Discussion on Construction and Management of Postgraduate Dissertation Database in the University

Abstract: There are many problems in the construction of Postgraduate dissertation database in the university. Many aspects are expounded, including indexing rules, correct writing of illustration of graphs and figures and experiment methods, and the plagiarism phenomenon of the postgraduate dissertation, etal.The paper put forward some measures to solve the problems: submitting the dissertation correctly, automatic indexing, improving special English level, protecting intellectual property right, and so on. At last, the prospect of the construction of postgraduation dissertation database is proposed.
