Research on the Knowledge Service Model of University Library in the era of big data

Abstract: In the environment of mass information, the disadvantages of traditional knowledge service model are increasingly highlighted. This paper firstly expounded the meaning of constructing knowledge service model under the background of big data, and then studied its database system, query system, service system, demand analysis module and information demand module, and constructed the knowledge service model.
