Access and Secrecy of Technical Secret in Science and Technology Information Service

Abstract: This paper discussed the involved technical secret problem in technology information service, and put forward the characteristics of technical secrets, and introduced whether the technical information belonged to technical secrets or not. Combining with the domestic and foreign cases, it also discussed how to help enterprises obtain the technical secrets legally and feasibly, and analyzed the espionage means in Internet era, and proposed the countermeasures as well as the relief measures when facing the infringement of technical secrets.
