A Statistical Analysis on the Document Delivery Service of Yunnan University Library Union

Abstract: This paper made the statistical analysis on the quantity of document delivery request and reply on the reference management platform of Yunnan Academic Library Union from 2010 to 2015, and analyzed the application status, achievements and existing problems of document delivery service during the member libraries of Yunnan Academic Library Union, and proposed some advice on the future development of this union from the view of document delivery service.
