Individualized Foreign Language Information Service Production Development and Contents Construction in Public Libraries —Take SCI Information Production Development of Guilin Medical University as an Example

Abstract: [Purpose / Significance] With the development of big data technologies, it has been a recent trend for a public library to provide information services, especially individualized information service to researchers. By developing personalized personal foreign language information services, and constructing information service contents, public libraries have increased their ability of information services. [Method / Process] Taking Guilin Medical University as an example, we show how a public library develops individulized SCI information service products in public library, so as to provide better information individual services to researchers. [Results / Conclusions] This study provides theoretical basis for exploring new foreign language information services in new circumstances. and practical basis. It provides a good opportunity for future information service and content construction in digital libraries, and a big challenge at the same time.
