Librarians Continuing Professional Development: CPD Research and Enlightenment in Ireland Library

Abstract: The library Association of Ireland employs CPD theoretical international, training CPD activities for librarians, development and implementation of the CPD project. The library Association of Ireland CPD experience and model are studied in the paper, all these above can enlighten us a lot for our library.
