The Dilemma and the Construction Path on Professional Development of our Librarians

Abstract: Librarian is the Wizard of users to obtain information and knowledge. For many reasons, professional development for librarian gets into difficulties in the country. Building library legislation and occupational qualification certification and rebuilding the core business of libraries. Perfect librarian system of continuing education and other measures conducive to promoting professional development for librarian in the country.
