The Evaluation of Reading Promotion——From a Reader’s View

Abstract: At present, the service of reading promotion has arisen in most libraries. The article will provide a new perspective with reference to “Maslow's hierarchy of needs” for the global research of establishing a reading promotion evaluation system. And we hope to get more progress in reading promotion.
