基于实践教学的情报学应用型人才培养

摘要: 情报学知识在企业中应用得越来越广泛,竞争情报的思想更被企业用来进行从内到外的各项工作中。熟练运用这些知识,能够帮助企业进行市场趋势分析、外界危机预警、企业信息保护……这已经成为企业长期发展不可缺少的一门专业知识了。针对高校的人才培养来看,情报学在教学上存在一些弊端,较为缺乏实践应用方面的课程,文章根据应用型人才培养建议,探讨了情报学专业的一些课程设置问题。在分析竞争情报应用型人才知识能力分配的基础上,浅谈通过竞争情报案例库的构建来提升人才的应用能力。

Abstract: Information science knowledge has been more and more widely applied in enterprises, and thoughts on competitive intelligence have also been used in the inside and outside work of enterprises. Which can help enterprises conduct market trend analysis, crisis warning, enterprise information protection and so on, and become the professional knowledge for the long-term development of enterprises. In view of college talent cultivation, information science teaching existed some disadvantages, like the lack of practical application courses. According to the advice of applied talents cultivation, this paper discussed the professional curriculum provision problems of information science, and illustrated how to promote the application ability of talents by constructing competitive intelligence case library based on the analysis about the knowledge capacity allocation of applied competitive intelligence talents.
