基于专利家族的全球农业领域创新特征分析

Characteristic analysis of the world agricultural innovation based on patent family

摘要: 研究基于文献调研和专家多方评议,形成了5种专利分类与农业领域映射关系,并以此为基础得到优化的专利检索策略,然后在Thomson Innovation知识产权平台完成专利数据下载,最终再利用Thomson Data Analyzer软件创建指标数据集进行分析。通过对2004至2013年全球农业相关专利族的数量和国家分布、主要技术与核心国家构成、主要关联技术和全球专利布局等多维度系统分析,发现具备全球农业竞争力的创新技术的集中性特征,虽然中国目前拥有农业相关专利申请量上的绝对优势,但是在具备国际竞争力的农业相关技术的绝对数量和产出效率方面与世界发达国家存在着一定差距。最后,提出了中国今后提升农业相关专利国际竞争力的若干建议。

Abstract: This study is based on literature research and many comments of experts, has formed 5 kinds of patent classification and agricultural field mapping relationships, and on this basis, to receive optimal patent retrieval strategy, and then complete the patent data downloaded from the Thomson Innovation IP platform, finally using Thomson Data Analyzer software to create index analysis of a data set. A multidimensional analysis system based on 2004 to 2013 global agricultural patent family related to the number and distribution of state, main technology and core of the national constitution, main related technology and innovation, found the concentration characteristic with global competitiveness of the agricultural technology innovation, although China currently has agricultural related patent applications have absolute advantage on the amount, but in the agricultural technology with the international competitiveness of the absolute number and output efficiency and there is a certain gap between the developed countries in the world. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the international competitiveness of agricultural related patents in China in the future.
