摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为了大力推进精细的科研管理,强化对科研项目和仪器设备的全过程控制,加快科研信息化管理进程,笔者以宁夏农林科学院为例,从科研管理信息系统的目标、性能、角色、功能、业务流程、数据库等方面,对用户需求进行调研,开发设计了农业科研院校科研管理信息系统。

关键词: 需求分析, 科研管理, 信息系统, 宁夏

Abstract: The library is the important position of implicit ideological education, there has abundant factors of implicit education, which has been guiding and Influencing university students all the time. To further strengthen the research of implicit ideological education function of university library and the approach to realization, to give full play to the educational function of library, and in order to be unconsciously influenced by library environment to the majority of students ,Which are great significance to strengthen and improve ideological and Political Education In the new period.
