基于专利分析的植物工厂技术发展态势研究

摘要: 植物工厂是农业种植工业化的产物,是21世纪蔬菜种植的主要发展方向,是设施农业发展的最高形式,是未来一定时期内最具投资价值的新型产业。为此,针对植物工厂技术绘制专利地图,从发展趋势、重点技术领域、地域分布、竞争机构等方面开展态势研究,以为相关政府部门、企业和高校院所进一步发展植物工厂产业和技术提供情报支撑。研究结果表明: 植物工厂技术真正的发展阶段出现在1993年以后,总体呈现出快速增长,而且这一趋势延续至今。植物工厂技术的专利申请人主要集中于中国和日本,其次是韩国和美国。设施园艺种植的相关设备以及无土栽培方法是该领域的重点研发技术。中国近年来对于植物工厂技术的研发力量充足,申请了大量相关专利,但专利质量相对日本和美国较低,核心专利缺失,技术水平还有待进一步提高,产业化任务艰巨。

Abstract: Plant factory (PF) is the product of industrialization of agricultural cultivation, and the main development direction of vegetable cultivation in twenty-first Century. It is the highest form of agricultural development in the future and the most investment value of new industry in the future. Based on the patent map of plant factory related technologies, the development status was investigated from the development trend, key technology fields, regional distribution, and rival agencies, to provide intelligence support for further development of plant factory industry and technologies by related government, companies, universities and research institutes. Research results indicated that plant factory related technologies began a rapid development around 1993 and up to now.Regional distribution of priority patents were mainly concentrated in China and Japan, followed by South Korea and the United states. Cultivation of flowers, vegetables or rice in receptacles, forcing-frames or greenhouses and hydroponics or cultivation without soil horticulture, self-acting watering devices were key technologies of R&D.China had great R&D enthusiasm towards plant factory related technologies in recent years, and applied a large number of patents.However, compared to Japan and USA, the patent quality of China was a bit lower and China lacked core patents.Thus, the technological level of China in plant factory field remained to be further improved, and the task of industrialization was still arduous.
