Abstract: Intelligent service is an important direction of library development. As one of the most advanced intelligent technologies, robot technology will greatly improve the service level of library. Starting from the problems in the development of library, this paper analyzed the necessity of applying intelligent robot in library service, expounded its main functions and remarkable characteristics in the process of practical application, summarized the main existing problems, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of intelligent robot in library service innovation.
