数字化背景下农业科技期刊品牌建设途径的研究

摘要: 探索农业科技期刊品牌建设途径,为我国农业科技期刊品牌建设及其发展提供一定的参考。采用文献研究法,结合办刊实践,从期刊质量、编辑人才队伍、数字化建设等方面,对数字化背景下农业科技期刊品牌建设途径进行了探讨。认为通过精心策划选题和审稿提高学术质量、建立质量控制制度提高编校质量等途径,全面提高期刊质量是品牌建设的基础;通过积累编辑专业知识和培养职业道德、培养数字化人才、建立强有力的编委和审稿专家队伍等途径,建立一支高素质、复合型的编辑人才队伍是品牌建设的关键;通过建好期刊网站、促进学术期刊开放存取出版等途径,加快期刊数字化转型是品牌建设的必由之路。综上,全面提高期刊质量、加强人才队伍建设、加快数字化转型是我国农业科技期刊品牌建设的必要途径。

Abstract: This paper aims at exploring ways to agricultural sci-tech journals brand construction under digitization background and it provides certain reference for agricultural sci-tech journals brand construction and development in China.Using literature study,combining with the practice of running journals,agricultural sci-tech journals brand construction way are discussed from the journal quality,talent team construction and digitalization construction in this paper.The results show that comprehensively improving the quality of journals is the foundation of brand construction,through carefully planning topics and examining manuscripts to improve the academic quality,and setting up quality control system to improve the quality of editing and proofreading;establishing a high quality and compound-type talents team is the key of the brand construction,through improving professional knowledge and professional moral level of editor,cultivating digital talents,and building strong editorial staff and peer reviewers team;speeding up journal digital transformation is the only way to brand construction,through well building journal website,and promoting open access publishing of academic journal. Comprehensively improving the quality of journals,strengthening the construction of talent team,and speeding up the digital transformation are the necessary ways to agricultural sci-tech journals brand construction in China.
